Our client, a trusted building materials supplier located in the Central–East End, is seeking a personable and hardworking Counter Customer Service Representative to join a collaborative and customer-focused team.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Accurately enter customer orders into the system
- Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth order flow
- Prepare, provide, and follow up on customer quotes
- Process orders from start to finish
- Generate invoices and complete related documentation
- Organize and maintain filing and paperwork
- Confirm inventory availability and coordinate stock pickup times
- Assist customers with inquiries and support as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills and qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a counter or sales role
- Retail experience is also considered an asset
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality
- Detail-oriented and focused on achieving goals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage and complete tasks independently

The wage for this position ranges between $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and grow within an organization.
Schedule: Monday to Friday – 7:30am to 4:00pm.
