Chucks Roadhouse in Pickering is looking for an Assistant Manager for the Front of House.
It is a full time position involving days, weekends and evening shifts.
Must have previous restaurant experience in serving and expediting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports the management team in the front of house and in the back.
- Ensuring complete guest satisfaction and team morale during supervisory shifts.
- Other duties as assigned by management team.
- Handling guest concerns and compliments.
- Running food and performing table-side service during busy periods to support your serving team.
- Supervise employees and reinforcing company policies and expectations.
- Expediting during busy hours.
- Making sure the restaurant is closed properly at the end of the night.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Previous serving experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant.
Previous restaurant leadership experience is an asset.
