Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and personable Cosmetic Injector to join our aesthetic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty through advanced injection techniques and exceptional customer service. This role involves providing personalized treatments, educating clients on procedures, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. The Cosmetic Injector will play a key role in delivering high-quality aesthetic services while maintaining strict sanitation standards and fostering client relationships.
Duties
- Administer cosmetic injections such as Botox & dermal fillers
- Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend appropriate procedures
- Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area in compliance with health regulations
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and expected outcomes
- Promote additional services and retail products through effective upselling
- Provide exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk and during consultations
- Support the team with front desk duties, scheduling appointments, and managing client records
Requirements
- Current registration and licensing in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body in Nova Scotia
- Legally authorized, appropriately trained, and competent to independently perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, without supervision
- Previous experience in medical aesthetics and cosmetic injectables preferred
- Strong consultation and communication skills with the ability to educate clients on treatment options, risks, benefits, and aftercare
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of client safety, infection prevention, and professional practice
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused approach to patient care
- Ability to build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
- Experience with client retention, treatment planning, and retail product recommendations is considered an asset
- Evening and weekend availability is considered an asset
