About the Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to enter the watch industry and learn from experienced professionals. Whether you're a watch enthusiast, enjoy tinkering with small mechanical items, or simply have excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.
Hours
- Part-Time: 20–30 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling, day shifts, evenings and weekends
What You'll Do
- Assist customers with watch and jewelry service inquiries
- Sell watches, straps, accessories, and related products
- Perform basic watch services such as:
- Battery replacements
- Strap and bracelet adjustments
- Strap replacements
- Basic watch maintenance
- Receive and process watches for repair
- Create repair orders and communicate service options to customers
- Follow up with customers regarding repair status and completed work
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
- Learn about watch brands, movements, and repair procedures through on-the-job training
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Interest in watches, jewelry, craftsmanship, or mechanical products
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work carefully with small components and delicate items
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems
- Retail or sales experience is an asset, but not required
