About Stem HealthStem Health is reimagining the primary care experience for individuals who want a more thoughtful relationship with their health. Physician-led and membership-based, we combine medical excellence with the warmth of hospitality anchored in a beautifully designed flagship clinic at First Canadian Place, opening September 2026. Our care model is relationship-based, data-informed, and built on time, trust, and exceptional service.
The VisionAt Stem Health, we believe that mental resilience is the silent engine of longevity the vital pillar that connects physical performance to a life well-lived. In a world where mental health is too often treated as a reactive crisis or a disconnected checkbox, we are building a space where the mind is prioritized as a proactive, core component of every member's Unified Health Story.
As our Registered Psychologist, you bring the depth of doctoral-level clinical training to that space: the diagnostic precision, the therapeutic range, and the professional authority to help members understand their psychological landscape with clarity and pursue meaningful, lasting change.
Position SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Psychologist in good standing with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) to join Stem Health's team. In this role, you will provide doctoral-level psychological assessment and evidence-based psychotherapy to Stem Health members through a secure virtual platform, in-clinic, and through our annual health assessment, working as an integrated member of our multidisciplinary clinical team.
This is not a high-volume, transactional caseload. It is a time-rich, relationship-based model where your clinical depth, diagnostic acuity, and therapeutic expertise are the standard — not the exception. You will work with health-engaged, high-performing members who are seeking proactive, sophisticated psychological support as part of a broader commitment to their wellbeing and you will help us build and shape the mental health program that serves them.
