The Business Program Manager (BPM) role is responsible for operational business process across the business unit and Projects and Programs driven by the HQ Operations team and works concert with the Business Program Management Manager or Business Manager. The BPM supports the Sales and Delivery teams in achieving their business goals. BPMs drive the Consulting Services team accountabilities and support suitable planning, execution, performance tracking, and where necessary initiate remediation efforts with the teams to achieve the FY Services scorecard and P&L goals as set by the WW teams.
This Business Program Manager role will support our Solution Strategy and Sales Leadership team with
fiscal planning process and business rhythms.
strategy and sales insights that drive effective business decisions.
driving performance improvements in our core processes that require collaboration across Area, Pursuit Organization, Global Operations and Domain teams.
identifying and capturing best practices and make those available within MCS community.
tools and process expertise across Deal and Delivery Management activities.
driving standardization and simplification in strong partnership with WW Operations.
contributing to WW Business Excellence & Operations community.
ensuring the business operates in full adherence to Company policies and processes.

Partners with the headquarters teams to ensure the effective landing and adoption of change to roles, processes, tools and reporting.

Qualifications
To be a successful Microsoft Consulting Services Business Program Manager, you will bring the following experience and skills to this role.
Bachelors degree in relevant fields eg: business, marketing, information technology, operations, finance. MBA or CPA preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Business Excellence, Sales Excellence, Sales Operations and/or Finance
Expertise with Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and/or other analytical tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to translate isolated data asks into broader business needs to deliver greater impact.
Strong program/project management and prioritization skills
Strong executive communication and the ability to deliver clear instruction over digital, written, and live communications.
Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently, and within a team environment.
Proven track record of thriving in ambiguous environments and being able to drive clarity for oneself and the team
Familiarity with business rules, policies, cross-boundary processes, and a strong understanding of a complex business environment
Focus on providing process optimization by understanding the desired business outcome.
Innovate to deliver standards which enable speed, efficiency, and scale in the business.
