Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, perform dental cleanings, and support overall oral health education. This role offers an opportunity to work in a friendly, patient-focused environment with a commitment to high-quality dental services.
Hours are Monday 9-4, Wednesday 10-6, Friday 9-4 and 1 Saturday a month 8-1. Must be flexible to work evenings and daytime hours. Please no Contractors.
Duties
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth
- Take and develop dental radiographs as needed
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures
- Document patient information accurately in the dental management system
- Ensure patient comfort and address any concerns or questions
- Maintain sterilization protocols and infection control standards
- Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up care instructions
- $56-$60 wage will be based on experience.
Skills
- Proficiency with Akitu One or similar dental management software
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse patient populations but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a compassionate approach to patient care
- Prior experience working in a dental office environment is preferred
- Currently has Local Anesthetic Module, not mandatory but an asset to the office
- Periodontal Experience, not mandatory but an asset to the office.
- iTero experience would be an asset as well, training will be provided.

Pay: $56.00-$60.00 per hour
