We are seeking an experienced Full or Part time Clinic Manager, with training to start as soon as possible.
Previous management experience and experience in the health sector a must. Experience using JaneApp EMR is also mandatory.

The clinic manager oversees the administrative staff and is directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinic. They are responsible for ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of customer service, and that practitioners receive optimal administrative support in order to deliver and grow their practices. The clinic manager has a significant role in overseeing financial and human resource aspects of the company, as well contributing to the development and growth of the company.
Candidate must be experienced in Excel, Word, Google Workspace and Windows. General responsibilities include:
Managing administrative staff: checking completion of their task lists, performance reviews with the clinic directors, helping with patient interactions, covering some front desk hours if a receptionist is sick or needs time off, checking reception team timesheets before sending to accounting for payroll.
Managing the physical day-to-day operations of the clinic: overseeing clinic cleanliness, ordering clinic supplies/inventory, ensuring clinic equipment is in good working order, ensuring the practitioners have everything they need during their shifts.
Managing back-end administrative tasks: Accounts receivable, entering insurance provider payments, tracking and submitting WCB and ICBC reports and billings, sending and billing clinical records requests to lawyers, reconciling bank statements, reconciling Visa statements with clinic invoices, liaising with the clinic's accountant to reconcile month end financials, practitioner compensation/payroll (2x/month), communicating with practitioners and patients about the status of their WCB and ICBC Claims.
Other administrative tasks may include: updating and maintaining KPI dashboard, assisting with blog posts, newsletters, patient recall processes, website updates, practitioner onboarding, reception/admin recruitment and onboarding.
Liaising with clinic directors - taking meeting minutes, managing patient complaints, onboarding new team members.
