We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ physical conditions through comprehensive evaluations and medical history reviews
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and recovery goals
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to facilitate healing and mobility
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and health maintenance
- Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately in medical records
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and best practices in physiotherapy
Qualifications
- Valid registration as a Physiotherapist with the appropriate licensing board
- Proven experience in hospital settings, with a preference for acute care experience
- Experience working with pediatric patients is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of patient care principles and medical terminology
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services
Pay: $50.00-$70.00 per hour
