We are looking to fill the position of office administrator/ Food Safety Coordinator to assist our growing team.
Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel, operate in a fast workplace environment and be able to wear many hats.
Knowledge of QuickBooks is a valuable skill. Any experience with food safety programs such as HACCP, SQF and Workplace Health and Safety programs is also a useful skill.
Point form duties of position-
- Answer phone calls and take messages
- Preparing emails to customers and service providers
- Entering bills and preparing invoices with QuickBooks
- Assisting with payroll calculations
- Updating and creating documents for food safety, health and safety and organic programs
- Organizing files and keeping up-to-date records of all documents
- Training new employees (food safety/ health and safety)
Job details-
- Monday to Friday- 8:00 – 4:00
- Must work onsite, no working remotely
- 2 weeks’ vacation per year
