Maple Craft Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. In this full-time, on-site position, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, preparing sales proposals, and supporting clients throughout the sales process. You will play an important role in helping the company achieve its sales objectives while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned business accounts.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and strengthen customer partnerships.
- Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales.
- Support business growth by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities to increase product awareness.
- Ensure a positive customer experience from initial contact through post-sale support.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to build customer relationships and identify business opportunities.
- Experience in retail sales, B2B sales, or technical sales is preferred.
- Professional telephone etiquette and a customer-first mindset.
