Job Description
We take pride in our culture and community and want to grow our incredible team. We are actively seeking experienced siding installers. Lots of work with a growing company!
Job Duties:
- Installation of membrane, rainscreen (wood, metal, clip), insulation and various siding facades such as Hardy, T&G, metal cladding etc.
- Can erect and dis assemble scaffold efficiently and safetly
- Has advance skills using tools of the trade
- Install related flashings for our scope of work
Skills:
- Has a high level of quality control and takes pride in their work
- References and understands architectural drawings before and during the completion of a scope
- Always adheres to safety requirements
- Can work efficiently within time constraints
- Is respectful within a team environment
- Has a ‘can do’ outlook
- Has at least 3 years of experience installing various forms of cladding/siding/flashings
- Understands building envelope
- Can provide creative solutions to on-site challenges
- Are results focused
- Takes pride in a job well done
- Has proven clear and respectful communication with team and clients
- Accountable and reliable
- We are a Procore company, so previous experience using Procore is an asset

Qualifications and Certifications:
· 3 year sheet metal experience (preferred)
· 3 year of Siding experience (preferred)
· Fall protection
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
