Parts Coordinator — Fix Auto Fredericton
Keep a busy collision shop moving. We're looking for an organized, people-first Parts Coordinator to get the right parts to the right tech at the right time and keep our repairs on schedule.
What you'll do
- Receive, and stage parts for active repairs
- Track back orders until they land so nothing stalls a job
- Keep inventory accurate and the parts area clean and organized
- Manage returns and credits within supplier policies
- Coordinate closely with estimators and repair teams
What you bring
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Comfort juggling multiple repairs and suppliers at once
- Solid people skills across departments
- Collision or automotive parts experience is an asset — but if you're sharp, dependable, and good with people, we'll teach you the rest
