Parts and Sales Representative

Green Tractors Inc, is currently seeking a qualified Parts and Sales Representative. This is a full-time position located at our Earlton location.

The Parts and Sales Rep is responsible for processing parts orders for internal and external customers, researching and sourcing parts, assisting customers, and maintaining inventory to support customer needs. The Parts and Sales Rep will also maintain positive customer relationships and current knowledge of applicable product and financing options.

Parts Responsibilities

Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs.
Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.
Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations.
Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly.
Follows up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager.
Assists in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order.
Willingly performs other duties assigned.

Sales Responsibilities

Represents the company for the sale of machinery to customers looking for Stihl and select turf equipment.
Knows and follows a defined sales process.
Assists with the preparation and execution of customer events.
Conducts new equipment demonstrations.
Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods.
Attends applicable sales training events/seminars.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
Farm operations experience preferred.
1+ years in a parts or service, and sales environment
Forklift license preferred.
