Responsibilities

- Follow food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene in food preparation.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods is essential.
