Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics and supply chain sector.
- Conduct cold calls and outreach to prospective clients to generate new leads.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client and partner relationships.
- Understand client needs and propose customized logistics solutions.
- Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals; close deals efficiently.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare sales reports.
- Represent Core Logistics at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sales
- Strong understanding of logistics services (transportation, warehousing, cross-border shipping)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
