Overview
We are seeking motivated and dependable Kitchen Staff to join our dynamic food service team. This role involves preparing and serving meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety. Ideal candidates will have a passion for food, excellent teamwork skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
- Assist in meal preparation and food handling to ensure timely service
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Support the serving team by delivering prepared food to customers when needed
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper hygiene practices at all times
- Restock supplies and ingredients as required to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food industry
Requirements
- Previous experience in cooking, food preparation, or food service is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn new skills related to meal preparation and kitchen operations
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving supplies
Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
