Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Conduct product demos and explain features to customers, especially in technology sales
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure products are well-stocked
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and phone etiquette
- Assist in inventory management and merchandising activities
- Support store cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming environment
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently
- Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technical sales preferred
- Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly
- Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions
- Excellent organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette
- Sales skills with an emphasis on upselling and increasing store revenue
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and retail operations is a plus
