Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, bunker maintenance and trimming using hand tools and power tools.
- Operate various landscape maintenance equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform routine maintenance on turf equipment and power tools to ensure they are in excellent working condition.
- Help with soil preparation, fertilization, aeration, and other turf management practices to promote healthy grass growth.
- Collaborate with team members to execute daily maintenance schedules and special projects.
Experience
- Prior experience or interest in horticulture, gardening, or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, irrigation systems, and general maintenance practices is advantageous.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions with physical stamina for active tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards safety and quality standards.
- Enthusiasm for learning about turf management techniques and contributing to team goals.
