Overview
We are seeking a skilled Server or Bartender to join our team at a vibrant restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service of drinks
- Uphold a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
Skills
- Proficiency in bartending techniques and drink preparation
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not required
Requirement
- 2 Years or serving experience
- 2 Years of serving and 1 year of bartending for bartending
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
Pay: $17.40 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week
