Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and professional Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic massage services to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for clients. This role requires a strong understanding of various massage techniques and excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for every guest.
Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and other modalities
- Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to develop personalized therapy plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for clients before, during, and after sessions
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation procedures
- Schedule appointments efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and operational flow
Skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to health and wellness is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for clients
- Strong communication skills to effectively discuss treatment plans and address client concerns
- Ability to listen attentively and adapt techniques based on individual client needs
