Entry-Level Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers, identify their needs, and maximize every opportunity to educate them on our products and services
- Assist in implementing marketing campaigns designed to drive sales, customer service, and brand growth
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and orders using our point-of-sale system
- Assist other departments and the Entry-Level Sales Representative team members to expand the customer base, client territory, and personal skill development
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and the Entry-Level Sales Representative team to surpass sales goals
- Track and stay up-to-date with market trends to better adapt your approach to customers and their evolving needs
- Continuously learn and refine sales techniques through ongoing classroom-style training, feedback, and leadership within the company
Entry-Level Sales Representative Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or in a client-facing role
- A self-motivated individual who thrives both independently and in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Natural ability to build relationships and connect with others
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a growth-oriented sales environment
- Communication skills, both professional and friendly, are required to speak with customers and complete sales
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
