Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicle surfaces meticulously to ensure optimal adhesion of paint protection film
- Measure, cut, and install PPF using hand tools and power tools with precision and care
- Inspect vehicles thoroughly before and after installation to guarantee quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle’s protection needs and installation process
- Keep detailed records of each installation, including materials used and specific vehicle requirements
- Assist in promoting the business by providing excellent customer service and building client relationships
Requirements
- Prior experience in dealership or automotive repair environments is highly desirable
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling large or bulky materials
- Familiarity with automotive surfaces, paintwork, and surface preparation techniques
- Experience with automotive or mechanical repair processes is a plus
- Demonstrated mechanic experience or background in vehicle customization is advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail, patience, and commitment to quality workmanship
