Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Project Manager to oversee warehousing and logistics initiatives while ensuring operational data integrity across business systems. This role will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects, improving operational processes, supporting sales and logistics teams, and ensuring critical business information from QuickBooks is accurately captured, retained, analyzed, and reported.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, sales support, and data analytics. They will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, improving reporting accuracy, and supporting strategic business decisions through data-driven insights.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management
- Lead and manage warehousing, logistics, and operational improvement projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including warehouse operations, logistics, sales, accounting, and leadership.
- Monitor project milestones and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
Warehousing & Logistics
- Analyze warehouse workflows, inventory management practices, and fulfillment processes to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, carriers, and suppliers to optimize shipping and receiving operations.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and support cycle count and reconciliation initiatives.
- Develop and implement logistics performance metrics and reporting.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to transportation, storage, and distribution.
Data Analytics & Business Reporting
- Extract, validate, and analyze data from QuickBooks and other operational systems.
- Ensure critical financial, inventory, customer, and operational data is accurately maintained and retained.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support management decision-making.
- Identify data discrepancies and implement corrective actions to improve data quality.
- Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to maintain consistency between physical inventory, logistics records, and financial data.
- Analyze trends in sales, inventory turnover, shipping costs, fulfillment performance, and operational efficiency.
Sales Support & Business Operations
- Support sales teams by providing operational insights, inventory availability reporting, and customer performance metrics.
- Assist in forecasting demand and inventory requirements based on sales trends.
- Coordinate between sales, warehouse, and accounting teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Develop reports that help leadership identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
- Support customer onboarding, account management, and process documentation initiatives.
Pay: $4,200.00-$4,600.00 per month
