Looking for a happy, fun, mature Person/Shift Supervisor to run and work all aspects of the mobile trailer including, set up, tear down, managing food, staff, customers and problem solve.
You will also Cook and top Beavertails, run cash do prep work and cleaning.
Travel to a different location each weekend throughout Peterborough and Kawartha Lakes.
Must have a Drivers Licence
Must have a reliable vehicle.
Must be reliable, have great communication skills and the flexibility to handle changing hours of the mobile food service world.
Hours can range from 0-30. with some shifts having short notice for work on last minute events.
You will need to be able to manage the weeks with no hours as well as the much busier weeks during peak season of summer.
Experience is not necessary, if all other criteria can be met training will be provided.
