JOB DESCRIPTION
The Business Development Manager plans, evaluates and secures sales on a specified territory. This role is to deliver the best client experience throughout knowledge, relationships, and expertise in is field of duty.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITES
New Business Acquisition ;
o Identify and engage potential clients.
o Identify and evaluate new business opportunities that can generate leads.
o Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for Seccan
o Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and business pitches to potential clients.
o Build and nurture new relationships through effective networking and cold calling.
o Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new business deals.
o Collaborate with KAM and the Inside Sales team to convert leads into customers.
Business Development Strategy and relationships
o Develop and implement business strategies aligned with Seccan’s goals.
o Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients.
o Monitor industry trends and competitors’ activities.
o Identify gaps and opportunities in the market and propose action plans to capitalize on them.
o Gather information’s and feedback from key clients to drive products and service improvements.
o Act as trusted advisor to clients and maintain a trustworthy relationship.
o Regularly communicate with clients to assess their satisfaction levels and concerns.
Collaboration and Reporting
o Collaborate with our internal teams to develop customized solutions to key clients.
o Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, pipeline progress and key metrics.
Participate in industry events and networking activities to expand network and to stay updated.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ATTITUDE
o Undergraduate degree or experience in the industry
o Minimum of ten years of experience on our sales industry
o Well-developed negotiations and customer service skills
o High degree of autonomy and self organization
o Very comfortable with travelling
o Basic computer proficiency is required
o Dependable and reliable

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
