Flodraulic Controls Ltd Canada is a leader in Hydraulic Sales, Service and System design we provide custom solutions in the mobile, industrial, electrification (off highway) markets. With offices across Canada, we are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Mechanic to join our Kamloops team. In this hands-on role, you’ll work on a variety of hydraulic systems and industrial equipment—diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and supporting customers with reliable, high-quality service. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, maintain, and repair hydraulic systems and components
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic and mechanical issues
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Perform repairs ensuring safety, quality, and reliability
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment as required
- Support customers by answering questions and providing solutions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to complete work efficiently
Qualifications
- Experience in hydraulic repair or related mechanical field
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and industrial equipment
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and welding
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
- Good communication skills and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
