Via Allegro is a Grand award winning restaurant specializing in from scratch cooking in a casual fine dining setting, with one of the largest in-depth wine and scotch lists in the world. Our restaurant with a passionate core of professionals is currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic cooks to take their career to the next level. Preferably 2 years of previous Italian fine dining experience. A good knowledge of meat and fish butchery, pasta making, some desserts & gelato would be an asset. Compensation will be negotiated with the candidate to a fair and competitive wage based on skill and performance.
