Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Manager to oversee our commercial cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of custodial staff, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and maintain efficient workflow across multiple client sites. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across assigned locations
- Train and mentor custodial staff to ensure adherence to cleaning protocols and safety standards
- Develop cleaning schedules and assign tasks to team members effectively
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards and address any deficiencies
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and stock levels
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided
- Enforce health and safety regulations to promote a safe working environment for all staff
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, staff attendance, and supply usage
Requirements
- Proven custodial or cleaning experience, preferably in a commercial setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety protocols
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to perform routine inspections and enforce quality standards
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or client needs
- Nice-to-have: experience in managing large-scale cleaning operations or prior supervisory roles in custodial services
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
