About the Role
CTG Group is seeking a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator (Part-Time/Full Time) to support B2B marketing efforts across two of it's consumer-facing labels: apparel brand Charlie Paige and accessories brand Astral.
Our current focus is squarely on the B2B side of the business: engaging and supporting our retail partners through compelling content, consistent communication, and strong brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media

Plan, design, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and
LinkedIn — with a B2B lens to engage and inspire our retail community
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent, timely, and on-brand posting across
both brands
- Film and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) using CapCut and
InShot, in line with current trends
- Source and edit visual assets in collaboration with internal teams and designers
Write compelling copy across all social channels, adapting voice and tone for each
brand
- Monitor and respond to inbound comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate
manner
- Build meaningful relationships with followers, retail partners, and brand advocates
Retailer Email & Rep Communications
- Plan and execute regular email campaigns to our retail partners — including collection
highlights, staff picks, current promotions, and sneak peeks
- Create and contribute content to our weekly bulletin sent to the sales rep team, keeping
them informed, energized, and equipped to sell
- Ensure all communications are on-brand, visually polished, and aligned with current
campaigns
Retail Sales Enablement & Visual Tools
- Assist in creating visual tools to support retailer sell-through, including look books,
styling guides, and merchandising visuals
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure assets reflect current
collections and seasonal priorities
- Support asset creation for paid social advertising campaigns as directed
Shoot Coordination

Coordinate ongoing content and campaign shoots, including planning, execution, model
sourcing, and run of show
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure shoot output aligns with
brand standards and content needs
Strategy & Analytics

Support the development and execution of social and marketing strategies aligned with
broader goals set by the team director
- Report on key performance metrics across social and email channels
- Use insights to continuously optimize content, posting cadence, and communication
strategies
- Stay current on platform algorithm changes, new features, and industry best practices
Requirements

2–3 years of experience managing social media and/or marketing communications in a
professional or agency setting
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt voice and tone across brands, platforms, and
audiences
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar)
- Proficiency with social media management and scheduling tools
- Very comfortable filming and editing short-form video content using CapCut, InShot, or
similar tools
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced, small-team environment
- A portfolio or examples of social media work, email campaigns, or brand content (links
welcome in your application)
- Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, or consumer product brands is a strong asset
