Part-Time Event Driver / Setup Crew — $30/hour

Schedule: Weekends, weekdays, evenings, early mornings, and occasional out-of-town events depending on bookings
A Maze N Fun Inc. is looking for a reliable casual/part-time event driver to join our operations team during our busy event season.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, working outdoors, being part of community events, and helping make fun experiences happen across Northern Ontario.
This is not just a driving position. The successful candidate will help transport equipment, assist with loading and unloading, support event setup and takedown, and represent A Maze N Fun professionally while on site.
Responsibilities
- Safely drive company vehicles to and from event locations
- Load, unload, and secure inflatables, games, supplies, and event equipment
- Assist with setup and takedown of inflatables, tents, games, signage, and other event materials
- Complete basic vehicle and equipment checks before and after trips
- Communicate clearly with managers, event staff, and customers
- Follow company safety procedures at all times
- Help keep vehicles, trailers, and equipment organized and clean
Requirements
- Full Ontario G licence required
- Clean and reliable driving record required
- Must be eligible to be added to the company’s commercial vehicle insurance policy
- Must be comfortable driving larger vehicles and/or towing trailers, or willing to be trained
- Must be physically able to lift, move, push, and pull event equipment
- Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Must be available for weekends, early mornings, and occasional weekday events
- Experience driving cube vans, trailers, delivery vehicles, towing trailers, or event equipment is a strong asset
Compensation
This position starts at $30/hour.
Pay may vary depending on experience, availability, driving record, ability to drive larger vehicles, towing experience, and overall role responsibilities.
