COPPERFIELD COLONY SCHOOL- Copperfield Colony School is located close to Vauxhall (south of Vauxhall, north from Taber; from Vauxhall, 9.8 km south on highway 36, 0.8 km east on highway 875, 10 km south on range road 160, west to colony OR from Taber, 24 km north on highway 36, 0.8 km east on highway 875, 10 km south on range road 160).
Regular Colony Educational Assistant – approx. 27 hours/week
Hours of work include - Monday – Thursday 8:45 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. & Friday 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Horizon Colony Schools is looking for an Education Assistant to support learning at Copperfield Colony School.

Ideally, candidates will:
- be prepared to always demonstrate respect for Hutterite culture, traditions and beliefs.
- have a positive attitude about children, learning and schools.
- have a critical role in instruction, under the supervision of the teacher.
- be able to work well independently, with the teacher, and with the school learning team.
- provide support to students on a 1:1 basis or with small group instruction.
- support English as an Additional Language Learners in language acquisition (early literacy and numeracy skills).
