Acts as a generalist in Offerings Management to provide support across many facets of marketing and product management.
Job Overview
Deliver offering requirements across technology and analytics product lines primarily.
Daily product backlog grooming.
Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating manuals and other product and marketing documentation.
Perform ongoing industry and competitive analysis (pricing, features, specs).
Communicate potential barriers and project delays to internal stakeholders and project sponsors.
Act as a liaison between the project team and all internal and external stakeholders.
Train internal sales staff on new features and functionality.
Create and update internal reports on program performance (measure ROI).
Prepare process documentation where required to support Offerings delivery end-to-end.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, partners, and vendors to deliver according to approved specs and timelines.
UX/UI wireframe review input.
Support external release management (communicating down-time to users, discussing feature additions).
Collect feedback from internal and external stakeholders to help shape the roadmap for STI products.
Help to spearhead special projects within STI that may require offering oversight, (i.e. work with STI’s project managers towards delivery of quality and compliant offerings)
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
3-5 years relevant technical, functional and/or process expertise.
Pharmaceutical industry knowledge considered an asset.
Strong problem solving, analytical, project management and planning skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized and ability to multi-task.
Self-starter, the ability to take leadership and see it through to completion
High accountability- delivers consistently with high quality.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand various requirements and reach common goals.
Team player.
Agile, able to adapt to an ever-changing landscape and provide positive contributions.
Strategic mindset but with an ability to be detail-oriented.
