THE ROLE
You will be working in a hands-on plant production environment supporting all stages of cannabis cultivation, from cloning and transplanting to trimming and harvesting. This is a physically active, team-based role that requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work in fast-paced conditions.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Perform plant care tasks including cloning, transplanting, pruning, and harvesting
- Trim and prepare plants using hand tools and trimming equipment (including Twister machines)
- Move plants between grow rooms and work areas safely and efficiently
- Follow production schedules and complete assigned daily tasks
- Label plants and maintain accurate records
- Identify and remove defective or low-quality product
- Clean grow rooms, equipment, and work areas regularly (walls, ceilings, benches, tools)
- Maintain organization of supplies and inventory
- Follow strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
- Work as part of a team to meet production targets
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Entry-level candidates welcome; agriculture, greenhouse, or production experience is an asset
- Able to perform repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full 8-hour shifts
- Good communication skills and ability to follow directions
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be able to complete a criminal record check
- Must be 19 years of age or older
