Responsibilities
- Manage and execute assigned station during service
- Prepare mise en place to Michelin-level standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
- Ensure consistency of all dishes leaving the station
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of fine dining experience
- Strong technical cooking skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Passion for culinary excellence

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
