Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, the ERP Solutions Coordinator is responsible for the functional and operational vision of the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) platform across the organization. In a multi site manufacturing environment, this individual acts as the internal subject matter expert for functional analysts, coordinates Application Management Services (AMS), ensures system performance and continuous improvement, and plays a key role in ERP governance and the organization's digital transformation.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Oversee the activities of the AMS service provider supporting Infor CSI.
- Ensure AMS service performance and value creation, including response times, issue resolution, service availability, and execution quality.
- Develop and implement improvements to AMS services.
- Ensure effective integration between the AMS provider and internal teams.
- Review and approve functional and technical deliverables produced by the AMS partner.
- Coach, mentor, and support Infor CSI functional analysts.
- Ensure consistency of practices, documentation, analysis methodologies, and IT standards.
- Review and validate functional specifications, test scenarios, and system configurations.
- Prioritize business requests with stakeholders and manage team capacity.
- Manage critical issues and escalations according to established escalation processes.
- Support internal teams in resolving complex functional issues.
- Ensure the quality of documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Configure CSI modules when required or provide guidance to analysts performing these tasks.
- Collaborate closely with developers, integrators, and specialists working with Mongoose, ION, and Factory Track.
- Oversee activities related to development, testing, and production environments, including security, access management, and compliance.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from departments such as production, finance, procurement, warehousing, and engineering.
- Work closely with super users and process owners to validate proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical IT team.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and recommend innovative solutions to optimize business processes.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI).
- Experience with AMS management, advanced application support, and external vendor management.
- Experience in team leadership, management, or coordination within IT or business functions.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to communicate and simplify technical concepts for non technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of multi site manufacturing environments.
- Expertise with Mongoose, ION, Factory Track, SQL, and third party integrations.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing environments, including MTO (Make to Order), ETO (Engineer to Order), and ATO (Assemble to Order).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Manufacturing industry experience is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English to support communications with teams located outside Quebec*.

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,000–$155,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
