Reporting to the Director of Casino Operations, this position plays a pivotal role in enhancing the casino gaming portfolio, ensuring it aligns with market trends, regulatory requirements, and customer preferences. This position will focus on driving revenue growth, optimizing the player experience, and ensuring SIGA remains competitive in the gaming industry.
Developing strategies for new games, features, and updates. Leading a team of professionals to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of operational outputs. Building and maintaining strong relationships with game developers and suppliers. Negotiating contracts and managing relationships to ensure timely product delivery and optimal pricing. Ensuring all gaming products meet local and international regulatory standards. Providing training and support on gaming and new technologies. Collaborating with marketing teams to design and implement campaigns to attract and retain players. Enhancing the customer experience by analyzing player data and ensuring games are entertaining, fair, and reliable. Monitoring game performance using data analytics to track metrics like player engagement, retention, and revenue. Participating in other projects and activities as required, in support of SIGA’s priorities.
Successful completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Commerce. Certification in Gaming Management is considered an asset. Master’s degree in Business is considered an asset. Minimum 4 years’ experience in Casino Operations, Product Development and/or Marketing. Slot Management training is considered an asset.

- Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming Employee Certificate of Registration from the Saskatchewan Liquor Gaming Authority / Indigenous Gaming Regulators
