Available to start immediately - PT and/or FTWork in a fast-paced multidisciplinary health clinic with fully functional rehab facility in the heart of beautiful Port Moody. Work alongside Chiropractors, RMTs, Acupuncturist, Naturopaths, and Kinesiologist support. We have a myriad of modalities to enhance your clinical skills such as Low-level laser therapy, Shockwave therapy, and Spinal decompression. Steps from Skytrain and all amenities in a vibrant growing community.We are a very busy clinic with a full patient caseload treating the entire spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions. Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals within the multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practices and incorporate new techniques into patient care when appropriate.
Skills
- Proven experience working in hospital settings or acute care environments is highly desirable.
- Strong background in pediatric physiotherapy is a plus.
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to diverse patient populations.
- Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy and healthcare documentation.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated patient services.
- Strong communication skills for educating patients and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently.

Pay: $60.00-$114.00 per hour
