What you can expect in a typical day:
You will be a key member on the Financial Applications team, which is responsible for the efficient delivery of services of our financial systems. You’ll use your high attention to detail, continuous improvement mindset, and ability to multi-task to provide excellent database administration and research new technical developments. This will be achieved by d elivering and supporting training in all finance modules; as well as testing and troubleshooting in Oracle Financial modules. In this role you’ll broaden business knowledge by providing technical back up support to Accounts Payable, participating in project work, month end close processes and GL functions. This role is a full time temporary contract for 12-16months.

Professional skills

Provide functional system support to Inspyrus, Oracle Payables, Oracle iProcurement, Oracle GL, and Sage Payables by investigating, troubleshooting, testing, and resolving any issues.
Maintain and manage test scripts and execution of testing of financial applications.
Contribute to the production of accurate monthly financial reporting requirements as per the committed timelines by closing AP and Purchasing as per sub-system close timelines.
Perform daily balancing of sub-systems integrations (JDE, ADDS, Workday) to Oracle GL.
Support audits and internal projects where required.
Identify, participate and implement continuous improvement opportunities in the financial applications space.
Act as the SME for financial applications – Oracle Accounts Payable and iProcurement, Inspyrus, Sage, .
Participate on the Oracle Support Board.

Business Administration or IT diploma or degree
Advanced knowledge of MS office applications
Knowledge of Oracle EBS, Inspyrus, and other financial systems
