As a Technical Writer, you will collaborate with a global network of engineers, product managers, and customer success teams to create technical documentation that facilitates the adoption and deployment of identity and access management solutions. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about learning new technologies and helping to drive the ubiquity of products and platforms.
Core Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and edit technical documentation for products.

Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, QA, Support, and the Information Development team to ensure the quality and accuracy of content.

Prioritize documentation projects while working with multiple engineering teams.

Partner with developers to review and finalize technical documentation.

Analyze customer feedback to enhance documentation quality and relevance.

Ensure clear and concise communication in release notes and use-case-based content.
Required Qualifications:

Experience writing documentation for Cloud or Enterprise products.

Bachelor's degree or certificate in Technical Writing (preferred).

Proficiency in documentation tools like MadCap Flare or similar.

Experience using source control tools such as Git and GitHub.

Ability to create API documentation.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Understanding of security products in real-world applications for use case development.

Experience using a command-line tool to run Python scripts.

Knowledge of identity and access management solutions.

Prior experience in an Agile environment.
This position is suited for someone with a proven ability to produce accurate, clear, and concise content while effectively collaborating with multiple teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $50.45/hour - $78.83/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
