The successful candidate will be a health care professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field e.g. Nursing, Social Work, Health Sciences Administration. Nursing background is considered an asset. Registration in good standing with a College as a Regulated Healthcare Professional is preferred. You will have had at least 3+ years of previous leadership experience and possess knowledge of mental health and addiction care. You will have a sound understanding of inpatient department settings including experience managing an interdisciplinary team of regulated and unregulated health professionals. As well, you will possess a track record of the provision of client and family centred care; development of linkages/partnerships; strong interpersonal and written communication skills; negotiation; leadership and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment. Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and communities is essential. You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Work, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint). Bilingualism (French/English) or proficiency in a second language would be an asset.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary is competitive and based on experience, with a hiring range of $112,495.94 – $140,619.93 per year.
- Employees in this role may progress within the full pay range of $112,495.94 – $168,743.91 per year
