What is the opportunity?

RBC Dominion Securities located in Cambridge is looking to hire an experienced Associate. You will provide administrative support to a growing and successful business by meeting strict deadlines and completing daily tasks with high attention and care. The successful candidate should already be IIROC licensed and have at least 2 years of experience supporting an Investment Advisor.

What will you do?

Interact with clients and meet their needs promptly
Ensure client inquiries and any problems are responded to in a timely manner and that all activity is recorded in a contact management system
Review all documentation and correspondence filing procedures and ensure an organized system is in place
Manage the daily supervision of administrative functions
Manage all pending registered plan transfers to ensure completion on a timely basis.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

2 years’ experience in Associate role or equivalent role responsibilities within the industry
Excellent client service skills and superior problem solving skills
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multi-task
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong written and communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
Completion of CSC/CPH courses or Licensed by the IDA as an Investment Representative (IR)
