Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to provide support, gather feedback, and promote additional products or services.
- Use data entry skills to accurately document customer interactions, preferences, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
- Engage customers with professional phone etiquette, demonstrating excellent communication skills and active listening.
- Identify opportunities for upselling by analyzing customer needs and presenting tailored solutions in a compelling manner.
- Maintain clear, concise, and transparent communication in multiple languages, including English and Spanish, to serve a diverse customer base.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights from customer interactions and improve outreach strategies.
- Follow established procedures for call handling, ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably involving outbound calling or telemarketing.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret customer data and identify sales opportunities effectively.
- Multilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated ability in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
