Royal Landscaping Niagara Inc. is a small, well-established landscaping and hardscaping company serving the Niagara Region since 1979. Known for our high-quality work, strong attention to detail, and laid-back but professional atmosphere, we’re looking for an experienced Lead Hand to join our team for the rest of the 2026 season and beyond.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with landscaping and hardscaping experience who’s ready to step into a leadership role, take pride in their work, and be part of a crew where your effort is truly appreciated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and work alongside a small crew on landscaping and hardscaping projects
- Build patios, retaining walls, walkways, steps, and other outdoor features
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Use of imagination and assist in layout and planning on job sites
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Communicate clearly with team members and management
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in landscaping (Hardscape experience is a strong asset)
- Previous experience leading or supervising a crew is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Solid work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to work outdoors in all conditions
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and lead by example
- Available to start immediately
