Lambretta Pizzeria is looking for a reliable and experienced Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team ASAP.
This role is approximately 20–30 hours per week, with a mix of daytime and evening shifts.
Pizza-making is the core of this position, so experience stretching dough and working a pizza station is required.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Hand stretching dough and making pizzas during service
- Handling both prep and line duties during most shifts
- Completing daily prep accurately and efficiently
- Following recipes and maintaining consistent food quality
- Keeping your station clean, organized, and stocked
- Communicating clearly with the team to keep service running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Experience making pizzas and working with dough
- Solid line cook experience in a busy kitchen
- Strong prep skills and ability to multitask
- Reliable, hardworking, and professional
- Valid Food Handler’s Certificate
- Strong English communication skills (important for safety and kitchen communication)
- Availability for daytime, evening, and occasional weekend shifts
