We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Retail Support Specialist & Project Coordinator to support the VP of Sales and leadership team in coordinating and executing key business initiatives.
This role sits at the center of sales, operations, and retail support, ensuring that internal projects are properly coordinated and that retailer needs are addressed efficiently. The focus is on execution, coordination, and follow-through across multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and execution of retail and sales initiatives across the business
- Act as a key point of contact for retailer needs, requests, and follow-ups
- Coordinate internal teams (sales, operations, marketing, and systems) to ensure project alignment and delivery
- Support rollout of retail programs, promotions, and operational updates
- Assist with tracking sales activity, performance updates, and basic reporting
- Maintain project trackers, documentation, and status updates for leadership visibility
- Support implementation of operational tools and system changes (e.g., POS updates, process improvements)
- Ensure clear communication and follow-up between internal teams and retail partners
- Help identify gaps, issues, and delays, and support resolution
What We Are Looking For
- 5 years of experience in retail, sales support, operations, or project coordination
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with Excel and basic reporting tools
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, follow-up mindset
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and solution-focused approach
- Retail, wholesale, or multi-store experience is an asset
- Bilingual

- Experience with retail systems or POS platforms
- Exposure to sales reporting or operational analytics
- Understanding of retail or merchandising environments
