Join the Innergex Human Resources team. You will report to the Senior Manager and Business Partner - Human Resources and your mandate will be to participate in the development of the department's projects and to conduct the day-to-day human resources activities.
Your experience, your autonomy, your rigor, your creativity, your ability to manage several files at once and to work in a team will make you the ideal person.
Enter, review and maintain information in the HRIS related to new hires, terminations, leaves of absence, status changes, etc.;
Participate in the onboarding process as well as the logistics surrounding the arrival and departure of employees;
Draft documents and coordinate signatures and communications related to personnel movements;
Develop and improve administrative tools related to the various HR processes (e.g.: formatting, graphics, formulas, etc.);
Contribute to the administrative process of managing leaves of absence;
Ensure virtual/physical document management and the accuracy and integrity of all HR data;
Write and translate various documents, processes, policies, etc., in collaboration with the communications team;
Work on special projects;
Perform any other related duties.
Your skills, our requirements!
DCS in administration, human resources or equivalent;
3 years of experience in human resources;
Knowledge of an HRIS ;
Bilingual (French and English), both oral and written; Spanish is an asset.
The position is available at the company's head office in Longueuil, near the Longueuil-Université-de-Sherbrooke metro station
