The Role
We are hiring experienced painters for interior and exterior residential and commercial projects. This role is best suited for someone who is confident with prep, finishing, and working efficiently on active job sites.
You may be working on projects such as homes, condos, common areas, offices, retail spaces, and commercial tenant improvements.
Responsibilities
- Interior and exterior painting
- Surface preparation, including sanding, scraping, patching, caulking, masking, and priming
- Cutting, rolling, brushing
- Protecting floors, fixtures, furniture, windows, and surrounding areas
- Maintaining a clean and organized job site
- Following project instructions and quality standards
- Communicating clearly with the crew lead, project manager, and team members
- Completing work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of finish
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience
- Strong prep and finishing skills
- Ability to cut clean lines, roll evenly, and produce a professional finish
- Spraying experience is an asset
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a crew
- Good attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to improve
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Own basic hand tools are an asset
