Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Log all incoming estimates &/or invoices as required
· Complete 1st checks of prosthetic funding estimates &/or invoices for all programs as assigned
· Update member e-files & CRM files as well as CRM prosthetic accounts as required
· Initiate and follow up on BF’s (requests to Prosthetic Centres &/or Members for missing information or further clarification) for all program estimates &/or invoices as assigned
· Investigate and reply to status update requests from members and prosthetic centres
· Liaise with members and prosthetic centres to gather additional information and documentation, when necessary
· Assist Funding Coordinator with processing Special Consideration cases for all program estimates &/or invoices ensuring all background information required is complete..
- Assist Funding Coordinator with weekly review of outstanding estimates &/or invoices by providing updates when necessary
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
· Collaborate regularly with other Administrative Assistants to identify &/or address any issues or concerns
· Act as backup to Funding Coordinator and other Funding Administrative Assistants when necessary
· Assist with the writing of policies and procedures when necessary
· Respond to requests from internal and external parties as they pertain to all areas under the Member Funding umbrella.
· Assist with program optimization and efficiency building initiatives
· Demonstrate exceptional verbal communication skills, and proficient writing skills for correspondence.
· Achieve a high degree of accuracy and maintain highly organized
· Be flexible to work well individually and as a Team Player.
· Perform other related duties/ projects as require
Qualifications and Experience
· Post secondary education & proven experience in an administrative role.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
· Comfort working with databases, tracking tools, and document management systems.
· Ability to manage competing priorities.
· Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
· Bilingual French and English is an asset.

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
