Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Server/Bartenders. This role combines the art of hospitality with efficient food and beverage service, providing guests with an exceptional experience in a lively restaurant environment. Ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Prior restaurant experience and familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS are highly valued. Responsibilities
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring timely and friendly service
- Serve food and drinks in accordance with safety and quality standards
- Operate POS systems to process orders, payments, and receipts efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including tables, bar, and workstations
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Ensure food safety standards are adhered to during food handling and serving processes
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
- Assist in setting up and closing down the bar or dining area as needed
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Requirements
- Previous experience in food industry service roles preferred, especially in restaurants or hospitality settings
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cashiering, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role
